Shipping policy

Thank you so much for your order! Tibbin Designs is a one-woman operation. I work 40-plus hours at my day job, but I strive to get each parcel shipped within two days from when I receive your order. (Exceptions to this are print-on-demand items, like mugs and face coverings. These are beholden to production times with my POD providers.)

You will receive a notification when I fulfill your order. If the order is shipped with First Class service, you'll receive tracking details in that email. Some items, like stamps, ship with only a postage stamp, and will not have tracking data with them.

At this time (February 2021), USPS is still experiencing heavily disrupted service. Regretfully, this does seem to impact my small parcels. I ask for your patience in awaiting your items. Please understand that once I hand off your parcel to the carrier, you will need to use the tracking information with the carrier to see updates on your parcel's location.

International prices are automatically set by the carriers. I know it can be expensive; I am sorry for this. It is outside of my control.

I am presently not shipping to UK/EU due to tax code updates. If you want something and you are in Europe, let me know and I can create a custom listing for you on Etsy!

I will do my best to get your items to you in a timely manner and with the fairest shipping cost available, but please remember that I'm not Amazon. 😬
